Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to restocking, processing times may be slightly extended. Should there be a significant delay, we will notify you promptly by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.

Typical delivery estimates are as follows:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

Delivery times vary by destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on local customs processing and carrier availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their destination country. Musiatry is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Musiatry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated window, kindly reach out to us. We will contact the carrier on your behalf to initiate an investigation.

Please note that Musiatry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
